why 21 days?

A critical component of RTT™ is that you listen to a bespoke recording I create for you for 21 days. Unfortunately, this is where some clients lose their motivation to stay the course. I offer a 21 day support program for RTT™ clients consisting of a daily phone check-in as well as series of micro-challenges that help you achieve the transformation you desire.

Meditation

I am experienced in a wide-array of meditation techniques, including breath-work, transcendental, mantra and mindfulness. I can work with you to discover the style that works for you to improve your clarity, focus and mood.



Within a couple of days, I no longer had cravings. Almost immediately, I was able to cut bread (my biggest weakness) out of my diet, and making healthy choices became second nature.
