why 21 days?
A critical component of RTT™ is that you listen to a bespoke recording I create for you for 21 days. Unfortunately, this is where some clients lose their motivation to stay the course. I offer a 21 day support program for RTT™ clients consisting of a daily phone check-in as well as series of micro-challenges that help you achieve the transformation you desire.
